Google gives signs of Human Translation Services

Google is giving Signs of a new Human Translation Service - Google Translation Center .As reported by Google Blogoscoped ,google has set up a new site at https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=gtrans .
Although the login box is ready but you cant login yet.
The following can be found of the main page :-
Request translations and find translators
Upload your document and request translations into over 40 languages.Translate and review translated documents
Create and review content in your language through Google’s free, easy-to-use, online translation tools.
