Likewise any other updates Microsoft has begun the Auto Update of XP Service Pack 3 from today.Although many people who download SP3 earlier didnt liked it because of its many bugs and errors have already switched back to SP2.

Customers who have automatic updates turned on but who don’t want XP SP3 to be downloaded to user desktops this week need to use the Microsoft Service Pack blocker toolkit to delay pushed delivery of SP3.

Although like wise Vista SP1 , XP Service Pack 3 will also be pushed down slowly to the users and not all users will get it today itself.Microsoft had already postponed the launch of Vista and XP’s Service Packs many a times this year due to bugs and compability issues.
