@pratyu, 3cx works fine for pc to phone call
I didnt find much programs that could call to phone but there are some websites whhich allow u to cal to any phone for free for 30 mins

i tryed to use few of those software items but i dont think any works for us free cell phone calls
@peter go for firefly and 3cx voip phone they allow within us phone calls
i have a skype software
